Ajouter 125g de levain et m\u00e9langer<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; Ajouter 550g de farine et m\u00e9langer<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">M\u00e9langer grossi\u00e8rement avec les 2 mains et\/ou avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l&#39;eau est absorb\u00e9e.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Recouvrir d&#39;un linge humide.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-79-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">12h30<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#39;op\u00e9ration avec les autres coins du pain.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; Renverser la boule de p\u00e2te et ramener le pain cette fois vers l&#39;ext\u00e9rieur. <\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; La boule de p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre bien lisse<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&#39;op\u00e9ration 2 ou 3 fois toutes les 1\/2 heures.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; Puis laisser la p\u00e2te reposer dans le bol recouvert d&#39;un torchon tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement humidifi\u00e9 dans un endroit chaud.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Surveiller la p\u00e2te de temps en temps et humidifier un peu le torchon si elle est trop s\u00e8che.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-79-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px\";><span style=\"display: block;\">17h00<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; Mettre g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de la farine sur une surface s\u00e8che.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; A la main humidifi\u00e9e ou \u00e0 l&#39;aide d&#39;un coupe p\u00e2te de boulanger, d\u00e9coller peu \u00e0 peu les bords de la p\u00e2te.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; Puis la pr\u00e9lever et la mettre sur la surface farin\u00e9e.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; Ajouter g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de la farine sur la p\u00e2te.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; Avec un geste circulaire, lui donner une belle forme ronde. <\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">&#8211; Puis retourner la p\u00e2te dans un bol (cl\u00e9 visible) recouvert d&#39;un torchon pr\u00e9alablement farin\u00e9.
